RUTIMON01Parties and relationship to the terms
This licence describes the end user's permission to use Rutimon, a project managed by Skeilapps SL. Support and licensing contact: info@skeilapps.com. It is supplemented by the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Publishing this page does not, by itself, replace the licence shown in a store or establish that a version is approved or available there. App Store downloads are subject to Apple's standard EULA unless a custom licence has been properly incorporated for your territory. Its usage rules and your statutory rights take precedence where applicable.
02Licence granted
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable licence to use a legitimately obtained version of Rutimon on devices you own or control, with the features and access corresponding to your account and purchases.
On Apple devices, use is also subject to Apple Media Services usage rules, including authorised Family Sharing or volume-purchase arrangements where applicable. No right to resell the software is granted.
03Intellectual property and components
Rutimon, its software, designs, creatures, artwork and original content are protected by the rights belonging to their respective owners. You receive permission to use them, not ownership of those rights. Third-party trademarks and components belong to their respective owners.
Open-source components retain their own licences. Nothing in this EULA limits rights granted to you by those licences or mandatory law.
04Restrictions and lawful uses
You may not distribute, sublicense, sell, copy for third parties, modify or create derivatives of the software, or extract its assets for use outside the game, except with authorisation or a right recognised by law or a component's licence.
You may not bypass access controls, falsify purchases or rewards, interfere with the service or use it to infringe rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering, decompilation or interoperability apply only to the extent permitted by law; they do not prevent mandatory statutory exceptions.
05Updates and online services
Fixes and new versions may be subject to this licence or terms communicated with them. Some features require a connection, valid account and external services. Install updates needed for compatibility or security.
Unlimited continuity of the service is not guaranteed. Changes or closure are managed under the terms and statutory consumer rights, including obligations relating to digital content and services.
06Data, permissions and purchases
Data processing is explained in privacy and cookies; this EULA is not general consent for advertising, tracking or notifications. Optional permissions are requested separately.
Purchases and subscriptions grant the access or product described in the offer, according to the platform, and are governed by the service terms. Deleting the software does not cancel a subscription. Virtual goods cannot be redeemed for money.
07Support, warranties and complaints
Rutimon handles support, incidents, warranties and product complaints at info@skeilapps.com. Statutory warranties and remedies remain intact. Liability for intentional misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be limited is not excluded.
When the app is distributed through Apple, the Rutimon provider, not Apple, is responsible for maintaining and supporting the product and for relevant product claims. If an applicable warranty is breached, you can notify Apple and request a refund of the price under its rules and the law. Apple does not assume additional warranty obligations beyond those legally required of it.
Third-party claims relating to the product, legal requirements, privacy or intellectual property infringement will be addressed by the party legally responsible; this clause does not transfer them to the user or remove their rights.
08Apple and other third-party services
For App Store versions, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of applicable licence clauses and may enforce them where appropriate. You must comply with applicable third-party terms, such as those of the store or your connectivity provider.
Use must comply with applicable export and sanctions rules. Do not use the product from a territory or by a person whose use is legally prohibited. These rules are interpreted without extending prohibitions beyond the law.
09End of the licence
You can stop using and uninstall Rutimon at any time. A serious breach may justify proportionate termination or suspension of the licence or account, with the safeguards, information and review procedures provided in the terms.
When the licence ends, you must cease unauthorised use. Termination does not invalidate your statutory rights, valid claims, privacy obligations or applicable subscription and refund management.
10Applicable law and contact
Spanish law applies, respecting mandatory rules and the consumer's statutory jurisdiction in their country of residence. If a clause is invalid, the others remain in force to the extent legally possible, without replacing it with a condition that reduces mandatory rights.
